NASCAR is a place where people from all walks of life are welcome and where compassion is an important part of our lives.
DIVERSITY INITIATIVES
NASCAR is an American sport with a worldwide following. NASCAR is committed to making the sport -- on and off the racetrack -- look like America. No other issue is more important for NASCAR to succeed and to grow. To this end, NASCAR has developed a number of initiatives that foster diversity within the sport and actively seeks out business partners from diverse backgrounds.
Drive For Diversity
NASCAR supports and endorses the Drive for Diversity Program aimed at developing ethnically diverse and female drivers and crew members. Drive for Diversity also has a partnership with the World Karting Association (WKA) to support young minority and female drivers who compete in the WKA series.
